Let me start off by saying I've been using my OBi 100 for months now without issue.
I changed my Google Voice number last night. Since then I am no longer able to receive inbound calls using the OBi or Google Chat. I can call out without issue using the OBi (and the new number shows up), and my other phones (cell phone and home phone) both ring when there's an inbound call.
I've tried resetting the OBi, logging in/out in the OBi back-end, removing the Google Talk option in the Google Voice back-end (then calling out on Google Chat within Gmail window, and re-checked the Google Talk box within my Phone list in General Settings in the GV back-end).
I've called OBi support, and the guy I spoke with was completely useless. He told me it's my fault and he can't help me.
(I really wish they would employ some people with more tact, class, inter-personal or actual customer service skills.)Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
