302 2 questions - dial out timeout & stops responding until reboot?

I use a 302 to interface my POTS phones to my Asterisk PBX & have 2 questions.  First, Asterisk loses connection to the 302 after about 2 weeks (calls to/from don't show IP connection).  302 reboot solves.  Also outbound calls time out (male voice reports no answer after about 60 seconds), only from the 302 analog lines.  Asterisk logs show the 302 is disconnecting the call.  FW is    3.0.0 (Build: 3184M).  Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
