OBi100 w/GoogleVoice Won't Ring OBi Phone

I'd already had OBi100 set up and working perfectly w/Google Voice.  I made no changes I can point to, and suddenly the portable Panasonic handset plugged into the device won't ring in.  It goes to Google voice-mail after about 4 rings.  I can still call out fine with the very same phone.

I've checked Do Not Disturb, logged out of all things Google, etc. and no go.  I'm stumped.

Please advise.

Have you logged into the OBi Status Call History to see if the inbound call is arriving?  Have you tried connecting a different phone to see if it rings?  Is the OBi inbound call route set to the phone port?  How old is the OBi power supply?  Maybe GV is flipping out again and no longer routing inbound calls to Google Chat... have you checked your GV settings?
