obiapp and xlite and vru's

doesnt appear when i use xlite and i hit a VRU system that numbers are being passed through?  any suggestion on what settings i might need to change

Softphone -> Preferences -> Advanced -> DTMF (try both 2833 and in-band.
If no luck, describe the call path and provider and whether it works when calling from phone attached to the OBi.
