ring tones also caller id name

on obitalk I went into expert mode then under voice services I see the default ring and i'm unable to change it
also to note on sp2 and sp3 I have several red ! marks

also I would like to put a name in caller id box but it wont let me

all sp's are setup with google voice

must I have the sip credentials filled out ? only thing filled out is auth user name

You must uncheck BOTH boxes to the right of the Value to view the real value or change it. The red ! indicates the value is not at the default. The CallerIDName is only used for SIP calls and will do nothing on a GV call.

If you used the GV wizard to setup your trunks then there is nothing more you need to do. Check the Status/System Status. The Status for the SP trunks should be "Connected".

Thanks azrobert  that solved it as when I was trying I was un checking the box but a check mark would automatically go in the box next to it

one more question if I may

if there a way like a short code or something to make a call using sp2  or sp3  as sp1 is my default

**2 for sp2
**3 for sp3
