Sorry for the newbie questions but want to make sure that I am doing it correctly.

Currently connected to OBI100 and want to switch over to OBI200.

1) do I delete OBI100 in the dashboard and add OBI200?

2) I currently have my GV set to SP1 and SP2 is "Not Configured" (What are SP1 & SP2?)

3) The OBI100 will be given to a friend, do I need to factory reset?

Yes delete the 100 from your dashboard
then factory reset, and give to your friend
then add the new obi and configure
SP1 = service provider, GV in your case

1.  Yes.

2.  The SPs are the 'slots' you can use for different VoIP accounts. The OBi100 has 2, the OBi200 has 4.

For my friend, I want to set up his GV and 100 device before giving it to him.  Can I add his new GV on my dashboard (so I can manage it for him?)

Thank you for your help.

Yes but you will need to know the log-in details of the google account. You and/or he may wish to set up a new account used only for his GV.
