Hi,
I have two obi's and I've configured them so that one forwards calls to the other. This works well most of the time, but I am continuing to make changes and sometimes when I make test calls I get the auto attendant. The problem is - I don't know which obi's auto attendant I'm talking to.
I'd like to change the welcome prompts on each obi to say something unique like "welcome to OBi 2" or "Welcome to Obi at condo". Can someone please tell me how to make this change? Thanks very much.
