I have GV for my Line 1 & 2, RingTo for line 3 and Anveo for 911.
Has worked perfect for over a year now my line 3 now has "Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized" under the green dot and I no longer can get or receive calls on my home phone. All my outgoing calls repeat the number dialed with a message "...was rejected by the service provider. Reason is 407"
I'm not sure if this is google voice, ringto or Obi system.
Can anyone help please ?!?!

If only SP3 connected to RingTo is down (assuming the others are working like your GV SPs 1 & 2), I'm sure you're bright enough to try RingTo support first rather than waste our time helping you troubleshoot something that could possibly be a RingTo issue. If and when you find out that it is not a RingTo issue, then we can at least rule that out.

I found a detailed message regarding Obi removing RingTo as an authorized service provider
https://community.ring.to/thread/2138#6389

This appears to be the problem. My Phone Port Configuration lists - "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls Route to: SP3" and since my RingTo is SP3 no calls can go through. Since I am a novice an had no problem setting up Obi 1st time, I am not sure how to change "Phone Port Configuration"

Better yet, I received this from RingTo in response to my support ticket to them:

Hello,

Need help with porting your number? You've found the right place. For all non-porting related questions, you will receive a faster response if you ask it in our Community forum: https://community.ring.to/community/the-lounge

As we approach the holiday season, two important things to remember:

1. We recently announced that RingTo is transitioning to a paid service. For more information, visit this link: https://ring.to/#newservice

2. Our support staff is on holiday until January 4th. Assistance with porting requests will resume at that time.

Thank you,

RingTo Support Team

All our lines/numbers have stopped working. Your dashboard has changed since we last used. Now when we go to forward after putting in forwarding number we get an error message.
"Missing Phone ID" with a yellow triangle.
We also are no longer able to link the numbers to our ObiTalk device.

Temporarily, until you can sort out the RingTo issue, you can make either your GV SP1 or 2 as your primary incoming and outgoing line. See sample attached.

Ringto is no longer supporting Obi Devices.... I found this out yesterday. It's over for Ringto and Obi.... I moved GV to my SP2 position

For what it is worth, Obihai has restored RingTo's ASP setup page. RingTo is not accepting new signups for OBi service, https://community.ring.to/docs/DOC-1333, however, this will allow current users who need to reprovision their devices to do so. RingTo's guidance for reprovisioning is here, https://community.ring.to/docs/DOC-1303.

However be aware that Anveo is no longer accepting new signup or renewal of the E911 services for ring.to. Attempts to do so results in a page at Anveo with a message like "E911 for Ring.to service is currently not available."
It appears it will only work if your 911 service is current and active.
