incoming call issue with firmware 4738 and 4822

I first updated to firmware 4822. But some of incoming calls do not ring my phone. Then I tried 4738 and 4581. Same behavior. Any suggestion to trouble-shoot the issue is really appreciated.

I use freephoneline service. I checked the call history. I see "No user responding" for the calls did not ring. Some calls came through. If I reboot the Obi, it works fine for about 30 mins then the issue comes back.  

Outbound calls seem ok.

I disabled OBiTalk Provisioning and manually set some fields. It appears working fine afterward. I think below is the one fixing the problem. This field was disabled by the portal.

Voice Services >> SP? Service >> X_KeepAliveEnable >> Enable

The portal worked well for me since I bought my OBi. Not sure what I did wrong for the firmware update.

Hopefully, this will help if someone encounter the same problem.
