No Sound on cell OBI200

hi guys need some help, recently I have change from PAP2T OBI200 everything seems to be fine except when I call to any non voip number I cant here anyone they can here me . but when call to viop everything is fine . I have freephoneline account .

Solved i was not getting any sound but all i did was bypass obi on my router firewall portforward Etc its working now ... i though let people know

Not a good idea to forward ports on a router.

Did you check your router for SIP ALG? (SIP Application Level Gateway). If this is switched on, then the common issue for VOIP is lack of sound. It just needs to be switched off and then you shouldn't need to forward any ports.
