It kept getting stuck on add device, when it told me to dial a **5 9999 number and it would timeout in 120 seconds. It wouldn't connect to the device and it would not time out. I was doing it in Chrome in Windows 10.
So -- I finally thought to try a different browser. I did the exact same thing in Firefox, and it worked like a charm.
I'm sharing this tip in case anyone else has the same problem.
