My setup OBI202 Two phone lines, two services:SP1 Google Voice, SP2 Phonepower. Both lines ring for each service. Outgoing default Line1 Google, Line2 Phonepower.
Problem - talking on a call I initiated on line1 (Google); line2 two rings (a Phonepower call); I pick it up on the other hone, conclude the call and hang up. Returning to phone 1 I find it has gone mute. The other party cannot hear me. I hang up - she calls back - same problem. I call her, same problem. All calls now can only be made or received successfully on line2. Complete investigation reveals the problem is not related to the service, or the whether I receive or initiate. It is just as if the handset was on mute, which it wasn't!. Rebooted OBI202 - problem solved.
Any idea what happened?
