OBI 100 suddenly stopped working today

Obi 100  was working with GV as SP 1 until today.  When I make a call I get the phone message : no service available.

Obitalk status shows the following:

Backing off ( 0s)
TCP connection to 74.125.28.125

I am using firmware 1.3.0 build 2872

Rebooted modem, router , re entered my GV PW etc to no avail.

please advise what to do next?

Manually update to FW 2886. Same issue dozens of other reported and got resolved in the other threads. Just read one or two other thread started today for the info.

Hey, thanks @SteveInWA, I had the same issue with Obihai100 yesterday.  The manual firmware update to 2886 and other instructions that you kindly set up, worked like a charm.
