OBI110 installed in US with OBI100 Global roaming

I just installed OBI110 with GV in a USA location.  If I get a OBI100 for traveling worldwide (1 or 2 days in a country then off to another).

Question 1:
Once the roaming OBI is configured, what kind of setup is required after arriving at a hotel to use the roaming OBI to call back to my USA OBI?er?
