Can't hear voice in but functional voice out

So I've had an Obi100 for years. Sometime in the past 2 weeks I noticed we had dead silence on calls in (NOT google voice, we're using freephoneline.ca). They display correctly on the id, and people tell us they can hear us talking to them saying "hello" etc..., but we can't hear them. When we call out to those number, there's a 2 way conversation that's fine.

Afaik, nothing at all has changed in the past couple of weeks on my network. I've troubleshot the fact it isn't my internal network or my phones - which leaves me to the fact it's either my ISP (which when I called said they've changed nothing with port blocking etc...) or the Obihai device.

Not sure where to start looking for this one. Google searches turned up nothing except for trying firmware updates, but I'm already using the most recent firmware.

Thoughts?

You won't be able to do steps 3, 5ii, 7, or 9, but you can do everything else.
