can't log in to web portal

Hello,

I have 2 obi200 boxes each connected to a different google number; also they each have a different obitalk web accounts. 

One of them I can log into no problem.

The other one says that my user name is not found.   I am 100% sure that the username I am trying was the one used to set up the second account.

It has been several years since I set up the accounts and have not been back to login since then.  Like I said, I can log into one but not the other.

I have all the info (MAC, #, S/N) off the back of the obi box for the account that I can not log into.

Is there someone that can help me with this?
