Before I installed my Obi 200 10 days back, all my google voice calls forwarded to my landline and rang 4 times. For calls made to my Google Voice #, I would have 4 rings to pickup before it went to voicemail.
Now that I no longer have my landline and all calls are going directly to my obi connected home phone, it rings as little as once, but never more than 2.5 times therefore many times I can't pick up in time. Very frustrating that it keeps going to voicemail so quickly.
Some callers tell me when I hear it ring 2.5 times they hear 4 rings. For some callers it only rings once and goes to voicemail, or sometimes while ringing it disconnects on them.
In the above situations I was not on any call when the incoming calls came in/
As I never had these problems before when it forwarded to my landline, I have to presume that the Obi 200 device introduced something different causing this problem.
Is there a solution?
