Hi,
For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to call Obihai support, but their system doesn't recognize by touch tones which I am told are called DTMF tones.
I have also emailed them several times over the past 3 weeks to call me due to this, but they never do.
When I call other companies, there is no issue with recognizing my tones, this ONLY happens with obihai!
Is there anything I can do to adjust DTMF tones? I am using Google Voice with the Obihai 200.
