Can't register OBi100?

I have a friend out of country who has an OBi100 that I helped him set up a while back.
The device recently stopped working, and even after resetting it fully, it won't register with the OBiTalk portal.
We tried the test call, and we get back the "No service configured" message.
I tried the troubleshooting steps, and tried using the DMZ option on the router to open the devices IP directly to the internet, but still wasn't able to register it, or place a test call.
I'd have him switch to an OBi200, but he's not coming back to the US for another few weeks, and I'd love to get this working for now.
Has anyone else come across a similar issue, or any other recommendations?

Tried again today, and everything seemed to work without any issues, so there must have been an issue somewhere when we tried previously, as long as it's working now...
