I'm set up for all my incoming calls to be routed through Call Centric, so I can see the caller ID with name (CNAM).
All my outgoing calls are going through Google Voice.
Every once in a while, I get a call that has no name and no date/time, just a number shows. This last time that happened, it turned on the voicemail message waiting indicator on my cordless phones, but I could not find a record of the called phone number in Google Voice or in Call Centric.
Could these calls be coming through on the "Obi Number" or the "Obi Softphone" number? Is there anywhere there would be a record of these calls in the Obi system, and is there any way to block the calls?
