The outbound call forward is actually done using the second channel of GV1, so my syntax for SP1 inbound is:

Where aaaxxxxxxx is the GV2 number.
When I tried a similar rule, substituting SP1 for SP2, it actually rings my attached phone once when the call is rerouted. Why is it working differently for you? Is it because my rule is lacking all the extra complexity of yours, or something else?
