Delay before dial tone obi100

This just started but it's happening every time so I checked the forums to see if there was a new firmware update or if this is happening to other people. Whenever I pick up the line to make a call, there's a lag of up to three seconds to get a dial tone. It used to be instantaneous. Is this happening to others? (PS Dashboard says everything is fine.)

Simple things first.  Sticky hook switch on phone? Have you tried another phone?

No sticky hook switch. In my case it's actually an on/off button on a GN Netcom HT-One. I noticed today if I go to make a call and start dialing before the dial tone begins the call will go through.
