Obi not ringing anymore

Obi stopped receiving incoming calls today. Tried to figure out why but not having any luck. Outgoing calls work fine.

Have you checked that the phone ringer has not been turnrd off?

Have you tried another phone?

Does the phone LED on your OBi flash when the phone should be ringing?

What ITSP are you using?

Which OBi model?

What has changed recently?

I have the 2 port 202, hooked up to separate phones, both worked until yesterday

The LED lights dont change when it should be ringing, they just stay solid

both accounts are google voice, as far as i know nothing has changed recently

In your Google Voice account, do the incoming calls show up in your history?

On your OBi device itself, do the incoming calls show up in your Call history?
(Browse to local ip address of your OBi202. Default password is admin for both username & password. Look under Status.)

I fixed it by toggling the google chat setting... thanks anyway guys
