OBi Expert-- gone crazy

Something has gone wrong with my Obi202 settings- when I try to enter expert mode it wants to open a file named advcfg_STATUS.xml from obi.com

then when I get into expert mode anything I click on just wants to open more xml files. Cant get to any settings or do anything...

any ideas what I did to cause this? I've already tried a reset to defaults

At the time of typing this it's working fine for me so not a global problem affecting all accounts.

Have you tried another browser?  My tests are with Chrome on Windows 10 and Android and Firefox on Windows 10.

Thanks for that info- I think I will end up doing a complete reset of the device and then delete and re-set up the device on the account
