Conference Call Conundrum

We are using the Obi1062 and are trying to accomplish the following scenario:

1) Initiate Outbound call to a 3rd party - "Call A"
2) Make another Outbound call to another 3rd party - "Call B"
3) Conference "Call A" and "Call B" together.
4) After introducing A and B, hang up, and allow the new conversation between A and B to continue, with us off of the line.

We want to do a warm transfer where we introduce the two parties, but then leave the conversation.

Currently, we just have to place the call on mute after introducing the parties because otherwise, when we hangup, everyone drops the call.

Call transfer works, but does not allow for a warm introduction.

We've also tried adding another line to our phone, and after setting up the conference between A and B, switching to another line to begin another call. This results in A and B being placed on hold.

Any ideas?
