obi200 won't authenticate GV

I have 3 GV services configured on my OBI200. 2 of them work fine, one has an authentication error 536s. I login to my obi200 web page and it says the password is incorrect. I follow the procedure to fix it and it still tells me it is wrong.

I do have this # configured on an OBI100 with another GV# and it works there. If I disable it on the 100, it still doesn't authenticate on the 200.

Ideas for a solution?

given that I have 2 GV numbers configured and operating on the 200;
the first time ANOTHER SP is set up on an OBI must it be done on OBITALK AND the provisioning be enabled on system reboot? If so which provisioning - LUA, ITSP, or OBITALK?
