I've spent almost an hour trying to find information on how to make international calls using an Obi 200 with a Google Voice account.  There are videos on You Tube showing how to use Google Voice to make international calls using a smart phone but none for the Obi 200.  Google Voice supposedly has international rates that are lower than the international calling card acccount I've been using.

Log into your Google Voice Account Settings, click the 3 dots at left, then Credit.  You will be at Billing.  Add credit button to add money.  Overseas rates apply.

FYI, Google rates may not be the cheapest compared to other providers, however since you already have a Google Voice account, it will be convenient.

Thanks for the advice Lavarock.  Google Voice lists their rate as $.09 per minute to a landline in the Philippines.  I don't know if it can get much cheaper than that!

Thanks SupTeamGuy!  I'll give that a try and see how it goes.

I checked against Voip.Ms and Google is cheaper. However Voip.ms lists 8/10s of a minute to the UK where Google lists 1 cent per minute.

This does not mean that one is better than the other, only that if you plan upon making any large number of calls or long calls, you check all rates. Also check to see if any charges for calls are rounder up to a specific time. If a call costs 1 cent per minute rounded up to the next minute, then 1 min + 1 sec = 2 minutes. Some providers round to the next 6 seconds so 1 min + 1 sec = 1 min 6 sec. That 54 seconds lost can add up, although at a penny a minute I would not be too concerned.

This is why people who plan upon calling overseas sometimes get multiple providers to save money to individual countries or mobile phones, etc.
