OBi110 doesn't ring Phone Port connected Regular phone?

I recently setup my new OBi110 to transfer my calls to my mobile in the local network. And when I call to the regular line number, my mobile starts to ring as expected though WiFi but phone line connected regular phone doesn't ring. I tried to find a solution but nothing helped me. Any guesses?

You didn't write that the regular phone did ring before you did whatever you did to 'transfer' calls to your mobile.

And you didn't reveal what you did to effect those transfers.

Without sufficient enlightenment, it is difficult to offer useful suggestions.
