1 line version of 1022

I really like the idea of a desktop phone I can set up and use anywhere there is wifi.  I do not need it to have 6 line capability.

I would like to see a simple version of the 1022 that just does one line - wouldn't even need the display.  Basically a simple desk phone with the obi200 built in so I don't need two items connected with a wire and each having their own power cord.

Obihai doesn't make a product like that - there just isn't a sufficient market for it.  Of course, there's no reason you can't use the 1022 with just one service provider.

Panasonic makes DECT 6.0 cordless IP phones, if you want something portable.  They wouldn't be much different in price from the OBi, though.
