After working well for a couple of years without any problems my Obi200 device is not working since this morning. I get the "No service configured error" message. I also see the following message on the ObiTalk Dashboard.

     TCP connection to <..> failed

This device is on Google Voice.

The echo test works fine. I have tried powering down the OBi200 but no success.

Anyone else having this same problem?

Would appreciate it if someone knows of a solution

it is a known problem that has been covered in hundreds of posts in several topics here over the last few weeks.  There is even a sticky post about it. http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=13113.msg84139#msg84139

The solution for OBi2xx devices is to get the latest firmware.  Go to your Dashboard at obitalk.com, find the yellow triangle for your OBi200 and click it.

Thanks.

Looks like this was related to a firmware upgrade as detailed here. It is working after the upgrade.

I have three (actually 5) Obi 110.. If I buy 200 from Jet.com, are they still gonna be supported.. I found Newegg totally unreliable with the worst customer support.. Amazon has a higher price, not the one stated on Obitalk.com.
Thank you!!

We have no way of knowing if jet.com is an authorized retailer, nor how they acquired the products.

There is absolutely no reason to boycott Newegg.  I've been a Newegg customer since they started in business years ago, and I have never, ever had a customer service problem with them that couldn't be easily resolved, despite hundreds of orders.  They are an official retailer of Obihai products.  There are many other people here on this forum who have also successfully purchased OBi devices from Newegg.
