Unable to add OBi302 Device

Starting today,  I have been unable to add new ObiHai 302 devices to my dashboard profile.   I can connect the device, dial the add code, and confirm the device.  But during the confirmation, I keep getting a failed to add, session timeout error.   

I have tried multiple browsers and ObiHai devices with no luck.  My session should not be timing out as this is occurring on the initial login. 

I would appreciate any assistance with this.  I have to install this device on Friday at one of our sites and need to get it registered.

Hi:

Nobody here can solve that for you.  If you obtained the 302s from an Internet Telephone Service Provider (ITSP) like Dialpad or similar company, then they need to configure the devices for you on their service provider portal.

If you bought them new, from an authorized seller (not used off of eBay or similar), then contact OBi support for help.
