Home phone won't ring, but does work for outgoing calls

I don't recall the last time our phone rang, as we dont have frequent calls on the line. But I had a few incoming calls which went to my other GV phones, but not my Obi. I checked the call log on the main admin page, and the calls do show up there.

Any ideas why it isn't ringing?

The phone ringer has been switched off?

Does happen.

Alternatively does the handset work? When you lift it up do you get a dial tone? Can you dial out?

What is the status of the Phone in the Obi under "Phone Port Status"?
