Delayed ring on home line

I have a new OBi200 and ported my phone number to GV.  We have google talk activated an are not forwarding to any other cell phones.  When our number is dialed as typical with GV the GV VM picks up after about 5 rings for the person calling our number.  The problem is, our home phone only sometimes rings on the first ring but more often may not ring until the last ring and we end up missing the call.  Any suggestions?

I think we're seeing the same issue. We have an answering machine connected to our home phone and often, the phone rings 1-2 times and goes straight to Google Voice mail. Makes me think that it's the same issue - it's ringing 4-5 times for the caller, but not on the physical phone at the house.
