OBI200 OBI-attendant not working

I have OBI200 and GV setup. OBI attendant stopped working few weeks ago.
So far I have taken following steps but with no success.
1) Power cycle OBI200.
2) Added country code(1) to my trusted caller list ( 1xxxyyyzzzz )

Can somebody help?
