Obi200 With Anveo - Busy when dealing out

I'm a tech type of person, but not very knowledgeable when it comes to Voip. I've had a Linksys PAP2 device for 7 years. It was a bit complex to get going, but there was superb help in the forums for it. What I've found with Obi, is that most help comes from people who have/want Google Voice. I would certainly be taking advantage of it, but not available to Canadians.

The problem I'm having is that all ongoing calls gives me a busy signal. If I try to make a web call in Anveo, it goes through. The Obi also registers the call, but it goes straight to busy signal. I don't seem to be having the same issue for incoming calls. The call flow comes from Anveo. All I did really was set the Obi200 with the default settings that Anveo suggests (as a listed partner). I do have a regional DID number.

Would someone have a sample config on their Obi setup for Anveo?
