New installation problem of cmphone on my obi110

i have just bought a new toy yesterday and config it whole night after the register of ComNet (CMphone). I can use the SIP on my Iphone4 without any problem. After config the obi110, i always find the field "AuthUserName" of "SIP Credentials" on the page "SP1 Service" would be empty and it enables "default" automatically after save and reboot !!! That's the reason why the "Service Not Configured" showed on the "System Status" page. I can find the reason but I can't solve it. Pls help.

If you're configuring the OBi directly instead of using the OBiTALK Web Portal, you must set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
