Call 1   02/14/2012    20:56:35

Terminal ID   GoogleVoice2
Peer Name
Peer Number   1xxxxxxxxx
Direction   Inbound   Inbound
20:56:35   Ringing   Forking to:OBiTALK1(ob290xxxxxx), PHONE1
20:56:49   End Call

In this case only phone rings.

The InboundCallRoute is clearly behaving properly as the log shows the call being forked to OBiTALK1(ob290xxxxxx) and PHONE1.  Why the OBiTALK leg isn't going through is a mystery.

If all else fails, reset the OBi to factory defaults and reconfigure it.  There have been several cases where there was nothing obviously wrong but resetting to factory defaults and restoring the exact same configuration made everything work correctly.
