I did try factory resetting up via OBiTalk, and it worked fine with latest firmware, till I use my original dial plan from pro essay typer tools and Call and Ring detection for Australia, when once again it failed to have dial tone, or detect lifting the phone off hook. Reverting once again to 3.2.2 5859ex fixed it again, I will leave it there for now, thanks.
