Hi i a m having problems using GV on my OBi200 the first thing i was wondering how could i see if i have the latest firmware?

as far i understand this is not the latest version, how do i update to the latest version?

i don't know why but incoming calls there is no sound, neither i hear the caller or the caller hears me,
any ideas?

It's possible your phone's connection has been broken. This phenomenon often occurs when the phone is too old. Please replace it with a new one.
