Call forwarding GV to callcentric number fails user busy

Calls to my GV number ring my phone correctly. I have a call center number set up in SP2 for e911 service - calls to the call centric number ring the phone correctly as well. When I attempt to forward GV to my call centric number I get an error message with the call stating the user is unavailable. From CC support:

"As you are able to connect call through Google Voice, and Callcentric normally, and we are showing that we are processing calls correctly when receiving forwarded calls from Google Voice but your device responds with a 486 Busy Here, we can conclude that the issue is not with Callcentric or Google Voice. Based on that, we recommend contacting Obihai support to see if they can give further insight as to why this issue occurs."

Can anyone help?

Did you stop forwarding calls to your OBiTalk Device by unchecking the box next to it?

Are you getting any rings at all on your Obi connected phone? I was having an issue where it would ring once, then go to voicemail. I had to set CallForwardOnNoAnswerRingCount from 2 to 30 in my Obi200 settings for my SP2 (CallCentric). This seemed to do the trick for me.

Update: Nevermind. It only worked for a few tests and the next day was back to partial ring and straight to CallCentrics voicemail.
