Why I can't connect to the SIP server?

I'm a new comer.I have setup the SIP server address, and ID number and Password, but it always shows
Register Failed: 403 Forbidden

What's the problem? What I forget to setup?

These are the only settings on SP2/ITSPB you should need to set:


Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword


Everything else on SP2/ITSPB can (and probably should) be at Default to get started.


Make sure you're entering the AuthUserName and AuthPassword correctly.

Thank you very much for answering my question. I setup it according to your instruction, but it still doesn't work. Do I need to turn off the original adapter that is working OK now?

Some VoIP providers don't allow registrations from multiple devices.
