I looked all over the GV forums but I guess since what I'm trying to do is not possible without also using the OBI-GV setup no one there is trying the same thing. So, here's what I'm talking about:
Setup: OBi connected to GV; Obi200 hooked to office phone, When someone calls GV number it rings cell phone (CP) (i.e. GV forwarded to cell phone) as well as the OBI box phone.
Problem is that calling the GV# (which should ring the Obi) from the CP only returns busy signal - but the GV shows the missed call (shows the CP number).
I find this strange since the CP is NOT set up to dial using the GV#...which would obviously create a loop (i.e. dialing to itself).... The CP is dialing FROM the cell phone number to the GV number, but for some reason the Obi/GV does not ring.
Ideas?
