I'm noticing loud noise on Obi attached phone on random basis. I've noticed very large underruns (>50K) with G711U codec in such situations. What could be the reason for this issue?
Not sure if it's related, I've noticed one predictable situation to reproduce fax type of noise on Obi attached phone. This happens when a call is received and it's terminated before answering it. If the same caller or another callers makes a call within a few seconds (e.g. 10 seconds), I notice fax noise on my phone when I pick up the phone. Even if I hang up the phone, phone LED keeps blinking for 30+ seconds. After that everything becomes normal.
I'm using Obi200 device with 5921EX firmware. I do not have a fax machine.
