Can not pair bluetooth headset Sennheiser BW900 with my Obi1062 phone

Tried a regular Plantronics BT headset (small , used with my iphone before) and it works. When I tried the "high end" Sennheiser BW900 , it simply can't pair with my OBi1062.

Anybody has similar problem before?  How can I ask Obihai for help?

I LOVE the 1062. It is just what I needed!

I have just received mine today, and am setting up my headset and also having trouble. I have a Plantronics HW301N with a wired A10-16 connector plugged into the port for headset on the back. The earphones work well, but no mic.

I would also appreciate any assistance in getting this to work.

My 1062 BT radio doesn't seem to be working at all. It doesn't recognize anything, whether a phone or a headset. Just got the phone yesterday. Submitted ticket today.

This was a three-year-old discussion.  Anything in it is of little value today.

The OBi IP phones work with many, but not all Bluetooth headsets.
