My unit (model 200) has been going offline randomly for months. No pattern as to time of day of frequency. Anytime day or night. Like I said RANDOM. The Internet is fast, stable, secure and has no errors. A simple power off/on fixes it every time. It can happen more than one a day then not for days. FRUSTRATING! It was not like that for the first couple years.
Is my device failing? I find nothing online in the FAQ, firmware, forum, dashboard, no where to give me a clue.
Did Polycom change something in the system?
