Best Telephony Console for OBI1062 Call Control

I'm looking for an Ubuntu Linux Telephony client that can control calls on the OBI1062. From telling it to call a number to placing on hold to adding other callers to an impromptu conference call. I remember playing around with Microsoft's Telephony API way back in the day and in supported PBX systems, operators could do everything via a virtual attendant console. I don't need that much but it would be nice to make using star code functions a point&click operation.

This has only come up as I've been caught in the middle with Edgepark Medical telling me one thing about my insulin pump supplies to Ambetter TX telling me something else. Using GV as my primary line and VoIP.ms as my secondary, I should have been able to conference them together. Should have being the operative word.

Is there anything like that for Linux using the OBI1062?
