Suddenly, or through lack of use - I really don't know, my obi200 just stopped working. I generally only use it to fax and it worked great until it didn't. I checked it's vitals by logging into the device through the IP address and voltage isn't 0 so it appears the machine is functioning I just cannot get the device to respond when I dial the activation number after I did a hard reset. I don't know what to do - I'm about ready to throw this thing out the window.
On the dashboard it shows a "soft phone" which has an obi number - that is not my machines number but I do have a compatible voip phone attached so I don't know. Also, if I go down to "link devices" I can see my obi talk device number but cannot link it to anything. I am so frustrated and confused. And no one at the company cares enough to monitor a call
