Connected to GV, but no inbound/outbound calling?

I have an OBi200, running the latest firmware.  Utilizing the OBiTalk website, I setup SP1 for GV.  In the status on the website, it shows as connected.

In GV, there is no OBi device listed under Devices, only "Web".  I have checked Google security settings for the account and it shows OBiTalk has access to Google Hangouts?

I've tried multiple times to set this up and it still does not work.  The phone connected to the OBi200 cannot send or receive any calls.  There is a dial-tone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
