OBI202 - Successful port - NO SOUND on phone connected to OBI202

Successfully ported landline to Google Voice today, and phone calls ring to my cellphone when calling the original landline.

Calls simultaneously ring the Panasonic phone connected to the OBI202, but when picking up incoming calls from that handset there is no sound.

When making outgoing calls on the Panasonic connected to the OBI202, the external cell phones ring but there is no sound.

Does anyone know what might cause this?

Try a completely different telephone and telephone cord.

Tried two other phones; it will ring both for inbound and outbound calls, but there is just static.

Any thoughts on other things I can try please?

Dial the echo test number **9 222 222 222.  After the recorded announcement can you hear your own voice echoed back to you?  If yes, there is no hardware problem with your phone or OBi.
