Recover obitalk account

I have a obi200 for some time up and running and connected to google voice.
Now I don't remember the email address used for the boitalk account nor for the google voice account.

I can log in to the device locally on the network.

Is there anywhere on the local device where I can see which email/account/username it is connected to?

Is there any way to recover a lost obitalk account, to find the username/email ?

Tech support was able to provide me with the email address used for the account.
